Newcomer Random Partner

For first-timers and beginners only (see rules). Dancers sign up individually as a Lead or Follow. Partners will be randomized at the start of each heat. Each heat will dance to the first 2 minutes of two random songs selected by Dallas Does Dance (same two songs per heat).

Style: Progressive Two Step | Level: Newcomer

Division Rules

  • Skill level: First-timer and Beginner only.
  • First-timer = dancer has never competed in a Country Two Step competition.
  • Beginner = dancer may have competed in a max of three Country Two Step competitions.
  • Dancers may sign up individually as a Lead or Follow.
  • Cannot use more than one (1) lean per song (see Definitions).
  • Drops are not allowed.
